Q: Does Express Bulk attach any advertising to my email message?
A: No. Unlike most email marketing companies, we fully believe in being seem less between you and your customers. We will NOT add any advertisement about our company in your email.

Q: Does the "Opt-Out" Tag goes on every message that goes out?
A: Yes and it is automatically done. It is our policy and when a person clicks on the opt-out tag, their email address will automatically subtract from our database. All opt outs are honoured.

Q: How many emails can you send out?
A: At peak and optimized hours, Express Bulk can send out about 10,000,000 emails per hour. We currently have 100MB lines dedicated to this service with 12 servers on double redundancy in our network.

Q: What is the difference between an HTML message and a text message?
A: HTML messages are messages that have pictures or graphics within them. The message is like a web page because the pictures or graphics need to be hosted on a server. When a person is viewing the message, the pictures or graphics are called from that server. It sounds technical but Express Bulk does it all for you. When you upload your HTML message into the program, your message is hosted on our servers. For text message, most are regular text message with a link to website and contact email. Express Bulk can do both.

Q: Can Express Bulk design my HTML message/ad?
A: Our new ordering process page includes an HTML editor tool, which allows users to create, upload, edit and manage their presentations. You can create your own professional looking email campaign in just minutes even if you don't know anything about HTML or designing. But remember, in order to insert images, you must first upload the image(s) at any free image hosting site, such as www.imageshack.us. After uploading, simply click on the "Insert/edit image" icon, paste the "image link/code" issued by imageshack.us into the "image URL" field and finally, click the inset button to load and view the image(s).

Q: What kind of results can I expect?
A: Due to the diversity of the services and products of our customers, it is hard to answer this question; however, our customers usually see responses ranging from 100 to 1000 hits or calls per 100,000 emails sent. Remember, it usually takes 3-14 days to see the responses.

Q: What will my email look like?
A: We will send out your ad just as you submit it to us (whether it's simple text or HTML). If assistance is needed, we have a knowledgeable staff that will take your text and make your ad look professional.

Q: How do we receive verification or confirmation?
A: The confirmation copies are sent directly to your inbox. Once you create and click the “Continue” button at the ordering page, you will immediately receive a copy of how your email campaign will look like before you even make the payment. In addition, you’ll also receive confirmation emails with the copies of your AD sent; you can always re-request the copies of your AD by contacting us at: ads@expressbulk.com (please included your email & the date at which the order was placed).

A: Your email campaign will be sent out from our partner’s domains; for example, news@yesfree.com (this is done for spamming purposes).

Q: Do you guarantee that emails will not end up in the recipient’s junk mail box?
A: We do not guarantee that 100% of messages ordered will end up in user’s inbox; however, we do guarantee that our system will delete any undeliverable addresses and send out new ones until 100% of the amount ordered is delivered. We spread our campaigns out over a 6 day period to ensure nothing is blocked by filters.

Q: Do you provide the report of how many people actually opened the emails?
A: Our system does not have such capability; however you can always check your web stats (traffic report) of your website/URLs mentioned in your campaign for click-thrus and click rates traffic for proofs. Once your AD has been sent/completed (typically takes about 2-4 days after placing the order) you’ll also receive a confirmation email from us.

Q: Can I attach files with my email?
A: Our system does not support any attachments, since it may freeze up our servers due to the email campaign size; however, you may include download links in your body of mail.

Q: What if I wanted to order more than 4.7 million emails?
A: If you would like to place an order for over 5 millions emails then your going to have to re-order the same package twice. Our systems are only setup for those packages listed under our web site.

Q: Do you check for spelling and verbs errors?
A: We recommend that you to run a spell check on your email campaign project, since our editors are only responsible for checking html errors, violent messages, and illegal substance, hate and/or discrimination messages.

Q: Do you sell your email lists?
A: No. We do not sell the mailing lists due to user’s privacy and our terms. All mail is sent from our own servers. You do not need set up any email software or anything else!

Q: Can I use my own email list?
A: We are not able to do that, since those emails may not be permission-based emails (not confirmed). Express Bulk can only be used with email lists for which you have permission to communicate to. Please read our ANTI-SPAM policy.

Q: I recently started receiving spam emails?  
A: We have no control over those emails, since spammers often harvest addresses of prospective recipients from Usenet postings or from web pages, obtain them from our databases, or simply guess them by using common names and domains. You can use appropriate tools to trap e-mail spam at the mail server level, either by use of software or special appliances.

A: At this point in time, we accept most major credit cards through our PayPal merchant account; however, you do not need a PayPal account in order to make the payments through your credit card – simply, select the Express Checkout option.

Q: Where will you host my message?  
A: For security and policies purposes, when ever you upload your HTML message into the program, your message is hosted on our servers. For HTML emails, please send via separate email to: html@expressbulk.com
